get 23 gifts down to two or three — and if nothing here suits them, we will say so.
The address above is our registered business address for correspondence. We are an online
retailer and do not receive customers there, so please do not send returns to it without an authorisation
— write in first and we will confirm where the parcel should go.
What to include
- Choosing a gift: who it is for, the occasion, and a budget. Nothing else needed.
- A personalised item: the order number and the initial you want. We confirm the letter in
writing before packing. - About an order: the order number and the email used at checkout.
- Damage in transit: photographs of the carton as it arrived and of the item, sent within
48 hours of delivery. - Sending it straight to the recipient: say so and we leave the price off the paperwork
inside the parcel.
Tax
Not registered for GST — a small online retailer whose turnover stays under the applicable
registration threshold in India. GST is not charged separately and no GST tax invoice with a registration number
is issued. The listed price is the amount payable.
