These terms cover the use of this website and any order placed on it. Placing an order means you
accept them.

Who you are dealing with

Orders

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. We may
decline an order — and refund it in full if it was prepaid — where an item is out of stock, where a
price or description was published in error, where an address cannot be confirmed, or where the order appears
fraudulent.

Personalised orders

Where an item is supplied with an initial, the letter is the one we confirm to you in writing before packing.
Once that item has been prepared it cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind, because it cannot be
resold. Faults, transit damage and a wrong letter remain our responsibility in full.

Prices and product information

Prices are in Indian Rupees. We may change prices at any time; a change does not affect an order already
confirmed. Descriptions, piece counts and materials are taken from the manufacturer specification for each item.
Colour on a screen is not a colour standard, and handmade items such as the embroidered bookmarks vary slightly
from piece to piece by their nature.

Delivery, returns and payment

Delivery times, shipping charges and the reporting window for transit damage are set out in the
Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the
Return and Refund Policy, cancellations by the
Cancellation Policy, and accepted payment methods by the
Payment Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

Use of this website

The text, layout and product descriptions on this site were written for it and belong to HandMade Giftstore.
You may not copy them for commercial use. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised
access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods described, in the condition described, and for putting right a
damaged, faulty or wrongly supplied item as set out in the return policy. We are a retailer and not the
manufacturer of any item sold here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at
Thane, Maharashtra.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order is the version that applies to
it.

Tax

Not registered for GST — a small online retailer whose turnover stays under the applicable
registration threshold in India. GST is not charged separately and no GST tax invoice with a registration number
is issued. The listed price is the amount payable.
