Canvas is sturdy and takes a print well, but it is a natural fabric: it creases where it folds and it marks if something wet is put inside it. Spot clean rather than machine wash if you want the letter to stay crisp.
The letter is chosen by you, not by us. Put the initial you want in the order notes at checkout, or reply to the confirmation email with it, and we write back confirming the letter before the parcel is packed. Nothing is dispatched on a guess.
